  1. Abraham meets Melchizedek
  2.  
  3.   In many of the mystery schools that we have researched, Melchizedek played an important part in developing some of the ancient and even modern religions of today.

  5. Hebr. 7:15   It is even more obvious when another priest arises, resembling Melchizedek . . .

  7.  Hebr. 7:1   This "King Melchizedek of Salem, priest of the Most High God, met Abraham as he was returning from defeating the kings and blessed him."

  9. Gen. 14:18   And King Melchizedek of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was priest of God Most High.

  11. Ps. 110:4   The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind, "You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek."

  13. Hebr. 6:20  . . . where Jesus, a forerunner on our behalf, has entered, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
